At the beginning of 2025, Palladium Hotel Group implemented Find & Book, a tool developed by 123Compare.me to detect active disparities across different online sales channels, immediately identify their sources and take action.

After a detailed testing phase to its implementation, both teams began a collaborative process that enabled the tool to be adapted to the operational needs of large hotel groups. As a result of this joint work, there was a clear improvement in both functionality and usability.

We spoke with Huaira G., Project Manager of Revenue Management at Palladium Hotel Group about how they experienced this process within the company and what it has meant for their day-to-day operations.

  1. How did you come across Find & Book and what led you to consider integrating it into the group’s technology solutions?

Huaira: At the beginning of summer 2024, 123Compare.me introduced Find & Book to us. The first thing that caught our attention was finding a solution that addressed a real and very specific problem we face as hoteliers daily: detecting live disparities in an automated way and identifying their origin.

Beyond automation, what truly convinced us was the approach the solution took to addressing the problem. It was not just about detecting disparities, something many solutions already do, but about doing so in a much more reliable and actionable way, aligned with the real operational dynamics of a large hotel group.

Find & Book introduces a different way of approaching price integrity, prioritising what is truly impactful and enabling teams to act quickly and with sound judgement. This combination genuinely gives the tool clear added value.

In addition, the tool provides a comprehensive report that classifies disparities from most critical to least critical and allows corrective actions to be initiated from directly within the tool.

  1. What specific problem for hotels does Find & Book solve?

Huaira: One of the most frequent problems we as hoteliers encounter is the lack of visibility over where the real disparities lie.

With Find & Book, that changes. You can see which OTA is causing the disparity, whether it is real or fictitious, and act immediately. It removes guesswork and places clear data on the table. When you are managing multiple hotels and channels, that makes a difference. 

  1. What happened after that initial contact?

Huaira: A phase of collaboration began in which, from Palladium Hotel Group, we shared both our operational and user needs with 123Compare.me.

The experience and expertise of both companies became the differentiating value of a tool that we consider essential for the revenue teams of any property or group of properties.

  1. What would you highlight about Find & Book?

Huaira: Above all, three things: the prioritisation of relevant disparities, clarity in the visualisation of results, and the automation of key tasks such as reporting or test bookings to detect fictitious disparities.

  1. When did it become part of Palladium Hotel Group’s daily operations?

Huaira: By January 2025, it was fully integrated. Since then, it has been fundamental for the revenue team. There is no longer a need to search for disparities as they are tracked, detected, reported and acted upon.

  1. And what tangible impact has it had?

Huaira: It has made a very positive impact. Previously, we were dedicating a full day to reviewing disparities. Now, they can be resolved within an hour.

Not only that, but you can also see what type of disparity it is, who is generating it and whether it has real impact. That allows us to prioritise and avoid spreading our efforts too thinly.

  1. What would you highlight about working with a provider such as 123Compare.me?

Huaira: The ability to listen. As I mentioned earlier, many tools come as closed systems, with no possibility of adaptation. Here, it was exactly the opposite.

We were able to build the solution together to fit our needs. And that generates trust and commitment.

In addition, the team fully understands hotel operations. You do not have to explain why something is important since they already know. That significantly shortened the process, saving us valuable time.

Huaira: Yes, without any doubt. Because it works, but also because it can be adapted. Furthermore, there is a team behind it that not only responds but anticipates. It is a living solution, and today that is fundamental to success.
